生肉入りのコース
2022.11にオープンした新店。日比谷オフィス街の新しい再開発ビルの2Fにあるお店です。
生食の施設があるらしく、お肉の生食が提供できる焼肉店です。
ディナーで10,000円の会席コースをいただきました。
和食とのコラボがテーマらしく、会席仕立てでかなりのボリューム感です。
前菜から始まり、肉寿司、肉刺身、ユッケと生のお肉が続き、その後焼肉の塩もの、タレものと続いて冷麺でシメでした。
まだスタートしたばかりで、スタッフは少し不慣れでしたが、山形牛の一頭買いらしく、肉の状態も良く、いろんな部位が楽しめて、コースのボリュームもしっかりしてて、コスパはかなり良いです。
とくに合盛りユッケがお肉といくら・ホタテのコラボで美味しかったです。
基本接待向けっぽい店舗ですが、焼肉コースなら安いプランもあり、焼肉コースでも刺身やユッケもコースに付いてるっぽいので、普段使いもできて、生肉好きな人にはかなりハマるかも。
ランチもやっているようなので、ランチも伺ってみようかと思います。

ディナーが美味しかったので、今度はランチで利用。
①肉寿司4貫とミニユッケ丼ランチ 2300円
②ヤンニャムカルビランチ 1800円
どちらも前菜皿とサラダが別に付きます。
①肉寿司は赤身とトロがありどちらも意外とサッパリ食べられます。ユッケ丼がたまごと絡めて激ウマでした。
②ヤンニャムカルビも自家製のヤンニャムにカルビや魚介が絡めてあってお肉も柔らかくこちらも激ウマ。ヤンニャムも旨味重視で辛味は少なめです。
普段使いのランチとしては少しお高めですが、内容的には大満足。贅沢したい時のランチやお客様とのランチには良いかも。個室なのでゆっくりランチを楽しめます。
他のメニューも食べてみたいので、再訪確定な感じです。
