虎ノ門エリアで気になっていたファリーナに初訪問！
移転され現在の店舗は孤独のグルメでも取り上げられた「平五郎」の跡地で営業されています。
平日12：00頃お伺いほぼ満席！
席に着きオーダーと同時にお会計するシステム。
パスタは20種類程度。リゾットもありますが、中心価格帯は1100円でサラダ付き。
大盛はプラス100円。
こちらのパスタは全て自家製生パスタ。
イタリア製押し出しパスタマシーンを使って毎日作られているそう。
シェフ自ら作られている生パスタは
スパゲッティーニ、リングイネ、フェットチーネの三種。
今回は季節限定広島産牡蠣とベーコン、生海苔のフレッシュトマトソース1200円を。
サラダは量もたっぷりでお野菜新鮮。万年野菜不足のため、キャベツが中心とはいえ大変助かります。
ほどなくして供されたパスタは熱々~。
使っている自家製生パスタはスパゲッティーニ。最近乾麺ばかりだったので食感の違いが明らか、笑！
細麺ですが、もちもちしていてセモリナ粉のざらつき感もあって、ソースとの絡みが良い印象。
生ガキのエキスをたっぷり吸ったパスタ。それにトマトの酸味ですっきり。
牡蠣のパスタはクリームをいただくことが多いのですが、シンプルなのも美味しいなあ。
とりあえず手打ちパスタ三種は制覇せねば！
と思いながらお店をでたら、お向かいに信じられない大行列。
新橋にもある有名店。
ここはパスタ通りですね♪
