仕事帰りに予約して伺いました。虎ノ門2a地上出口からすぐ。地下にある去年リニューアルオープンしたばかりの綺麗なお店。店内は落ち着いた和モダンな雰囲気で、ゆったり広めのカウンター席はデートにピッタリ。テーブル席、個室もあり、様々な用途に使えそう。私達はテーブル席で。ゆったりとして仕切りもあるので隣の方と目が合う事もないです。←これ大事(笑)
お肉大好きな私達ですが、鶏肉も大好き。
焼肉ばかり続いてヘルシーにいきたいなって時は鶏料理のお店を選びます。こちらは食鶏免許を持つ料理人が、その日の朝に捌いた鮮度抜群の鶏刺しやたたきなどを提供されています。鶏刺しが美味しそうだったので、4点盛りは予約入れておきました。4点盛りと5点盛りは要予約です。
お酒は日本酒や焼酎、ワインなども多く揃えていて、ワインは世界のワインもボトルで沢山ありました。先ずはビールとリンゴ酒ソーダで乾杯。

鶏刺しは、ささみ、ももの炙り、レバー、むねの昆布締め。ももの炙りは香ばしく、むねの昆布締めなど他で食べた事なくてさっぱりとして美味しかった。それぞれの旨みや食感の違いを楽しめます。
鶏そぼろたっぷりのポテサラはアイディアが面白い。どこ行っても頼むポテサラですが、鶏そぼろも意外と合いますね。
焼鳥は1本のポーションが大きくて、特につくねの大きさにビックリ。つくね美味しかった。
旬のタケノコの炭火焼きはタレで味付けされて香ばしい！お酒のアテにもピッタリ。アテといえば、連れがよく飲むので漬け物頼んでポリポリ食べてました。鳥天もふわふわでオススメです。
〆の鶏茶漬けは小さめなので、ひとりひとつずつがいいかも。卵だしご飯はTKGのように卵黄を混ぜまぜして。意外とさっぱりで〆にピッタリでした。デザートの杏仁豆腐は濃厚で私好みでした。
予算はドリンクをどれくらい飲むかで変動ありますが、私が3杯、連れが日本酒や焼酎なども飲んで6杯で、ひとり7000円ちょっとなので、そこまで飲まなければ抑えられるし、コスパは高いです。
お店の方も親切で、雰囲気も落ち着いているので若者よりも大人が楽しめると思います。また伺いたいです。
