``Tachikui Sushi Uogashi Yamaji'' located in Toranomon Hills Station Tower It was raining, but since it is directly connected to the station, you can use it without getting wet. I used it quickly after work. There are a lot of fashionable shops and it seems like a good place to shop. It's a compact restaurant, and you can eat standing at an L-shaped counter. Orders are placed using the touch panel. Initially, there is an extensive draft beer menu and a wide selection of snacks. There may be some items that aren't on the menu, so it might be a good idea to ask for recommendations. Octopus sucker, Red bean liver, Kitayori shellfish skewer, Grilled skewer squid skewer, Drift ice scallop grilled, Mouka no Hoshi The grilled scallop shell was quite large and had an impact. The dashi stock had a nice flavor, and I was advised that it would be delicious if you added some sushi rice, so I asked them to add some. The vinegared rice gives it a rich flavor. They also have a good selection of sake, so I enjoyed some snacks while drinking a few glasses. After enjoying quite a bit of alcohol and snacks, I ordered a nigiri. Thai kombujime, red meat, sumika, boiled abalone, directly in the palm of your hand, medium-fatty tuna, salmon roe, gunkan, button shrimp, topped with egg, sardines with vinegar, conger eel, egg, rice bowl, and sushi is made with a blend of three types of red vinegar. I liked the texture of the rice, how it loosened up when I put it in my mouth, and how well it went with the seeds. I'm quite satisfied with this seed at this price. I think it's amazing that you can taste this quality in a stand-up restaurant. It was a wonderful stand-up sushi that showed the chef's commitment.
