いつも行列を見て気持ちが萎えてしまう山治さん。
土曜の１１時１５分。なんと奇跡の貸切状態。
「この時間はねらい目ですよ」と板さんからも太鼓判。
みなさん、この時間がねらい目のようです(笑)
豊洲仲卸の山治さんの直営だとばかり思っていたら、さにあらず。
別の会社さんの経営でした。もちろんネタは山治さんから専買。
近頃は「どの仲卸さんから買ってるか」を前面に出してる飲食店さんが増えてきていて、
SNSでも煽るので、なるほどすごい戦略的ネーミングですね、と感心。
しかし、こんだけ食べて５千円未満。うん。安い。
しかもサッと食べてサッと帰れる。こういうの好き。
また来ます。
