Ta-im Toranomon Hills The second restaurant in Toranomon Hills is Israeli cuisine (Click here for the first one →) It seems to be pronounced Ta-im. Of course, it was my first time trying Israeli food, but even when I looked at the menu, I had no idea what it was, so I asked the lady at the restaurant to explain it to me. As a result, I chose spicy hummus. What is hummus? ? It's hard to tell from the photo, but the paste underneath the tomatoes on the plate on the right appears to be made from chickpeas. I eat it with the pita bread on the left. It feels heavier than it looks, and is surprisingly filling. I feel like it's better for breakfast or brunch than as a snack with alcohol. Croquette called Falafel ↓ A small Croquette about 5cm in diameter. The inside is light green and has a crunchy texture. This also looks like chickpeas. Are chickpeas a staple food in Israel? Israeli wine It tasted good, but I didn't know the variety, so I googled it and found that it was a blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and many other varieties. The wines on display are small, this one and an Italian wine.I decided to eat something more, so I ordered some Israeli-style fries. It had a cinnamon flavor and had a crunchy texture, not crunchy. This was my first Israeli meal, and it was delicious, but the drinks that go well with it are alcohol and coffee. But maybe it's tea after all? I realized that.
