For lunch on Wednesday, March 13, we went to the Scontar Toranomon Hills store on the 4th floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower. This is a Thai Cuisine shop with 5 restaurant in Nagoya, and it seems to be the first store to open in the Kanto region. It is a window seat, and you can see the atrium all the way down, and there is a sense of openness. There was an ingredient on the menu that I hadn't seen in a long time, so I ordered it. First of all, the crispy chicken with lettuce-wrapped lemon sauce, which is on all menus at lunchtime, is now available. The chicken is cut into pieces that are easy to eat, and the skin is browned, and it is delicious when wrapped in lettuce with sauce. Just when you are about to finish eating, the main course appears. Soft-shell crab curry stir-fried lunch 2,750 yen Tender crab that can be eaten with its shell. It's crispy fried and very tender, so you can eat it whole. It's been a long time since I've eaten it, but it's a crab that's different from other crabs, and it's addictive. When combined with a rich curry, it tastes even better. I also like coriander, so I'm going to add it to my curry. You can eat plenty of long-grain rice with curry. The green curry and gapao rice also looked delicious, so I will try those next time.
