今日は、虎ノ門ステーションタワー4階
にある関西の焼き鳥の名店
「焼き鳥 野乃島 幻鳥」さんに初訪問。
ふだんは行列が出来ていますが、
13時を過ぎていたので、さほど並ばずに
入店できました。
すでに親子丼は売り切れていましたが、
焼き鳥丼（香の物、汁物付き）をオーダー。
この界隈では、嬉しい850円という価格設定。
店内は、黒を基調としたスタイリッシュな
大人空間。アンダーな照明の中、
ジャズがうっすらと流れています。
お店のセンターの少し高い位置に、
焼き台があり、L字カウンターの
客席から焼き鳥ライブが楽しめる趣向。
手際よく、次々と焼鳥が炭火で焼かれて、
白い煙がすーっと上に吸い込まれていくのを
興味深く見入ってしまいました。
しばらくして、朱色の器に入った
焼き鳥丼が飛来w
蓋を開けると、炭火で香ばしく焼き上がった
焼き鳥3串分、焼き目が美味しそうな
ししとう&椎茸、刻み海苔、生姜、
そして、みんな大好き半熟玉子も。
きれいに盛りつけられています。
焼き鳥は、ほどよい弾力があり、
炭焼きの香ばしさとご飯に染み込んだ
甘めのタレが合わさって美味。
テーブルにあった一味や山椒をふりかけるのも、
ありありのあり。
上品な盛りだったので、次回は、ご飯大盛りや
具材大盛りにしても良いかも。
これは、焼き鳥重だけなのかな？
夜は、幻の地鶏「ひょうご味どり」や
「播州百日どり」など、こだわりの地鶏を
使ったおまかせコースなどを提供してくれるそう。
今度は、夜利用してみたいなぁ。
