国分寺に本店のある山水さん、”どうせ食うならうまい肉”の文字に惹かれて、一週間前に予約して訪問しました。
生肉のみを使用して、手切りに拘った焼肉が楽しめるとのことで、行く前から楽しみにしていました。
いただいたのは此方です。

サクサクした食感と旨味の濃い牛タン、甘味と旨味をメチャ感じるとろける炙り上ロース、サシと赤身のバランスが素晴らしいカルビ。
注文したお肉は、期待値を超えてきて全て美味しかったです。
ハラミは厚切りを注文するつもりでしたが普通のハラミを注文したので、やや物足りない感じはありましたが、こちら側のミスなので、次回はちゃんと厚切りハラミを注文したいと思います。
なお、牛タンにはねぎおろしが合うので、是非注文してください。
その他、キムチ盛りのキムチは、全体的に浅漬け風の優しい味わいで、美味しかったですし、サンチュ、ご飯もしっかり美味しく、焼肉以外のメニューの質も高いです。
テーブル席は広くて使い易く、焼肉屋にありがちな直角椅子や座席の下荷物格納システムも無くて良かったです。
店員さんは、皆さん笑顔が素晴らしく、またしっかりした挨拶や声掛けがあり、お店を出る時まで気持ちの良い対応をされていました。
フロア責任者と思われる方は、お店の外まで見送ってくださり、お手本のようなお辞儀をされていました。
全体的には、焼肉の質はかなり高いのに、価格はそれほど高くなく、雰囲気・サービスも含めるとか素晴らしいコスパの焼肉店でした。
実際、開店と同時に席が埋まる程の人気があり、同フロア内にある飲食店が休日の夜営業で苦戦している中、こちらのお店が一番集客していたように見えました。
妻も私もこちらのお店をかなり気に入ったので、必ず再訪します。
諸事情あり、今回は注文を見送った牛ローストユッケを次回は是非頂きたいと思います。
