"どうせ食うならうまい肉"でおなじみの山水。
今年虎ノ門ヒルズにオープンしたとのことで訪問してきました。
冷凍の肉は使用せず、うまい肉を提供することへのこだわりが詰まったお店。ボリュームのある手切りのカットと盛り付けが素晴らしい。やめられない止まらないタレも合わさって食欲のブレーキ壊れます。大盛りご飯はしっかり漫画盛り。
銀座シックスとか虎ノ門ヒルズとか、出店してるところはキラキラしてるのに、わんぱくな焼肉出してくれるのが最高にいい。
