折角の連休なので、1日1回は外食で家事の負担を減らしたいと言うことで、会社で評判が良かったこの店に遥々遠征。
出来上がったばかりの虎ノ門ヒルズステーションタワーは色々新鮮な感じで、その4階に構えたこの店にはちょっとした行列が出来ていた。
こじんまりながら広々した感じの店内は、飲み物や焼き物を用意してくれるところにカウンターがあり、その後ろが厨房。開放感があるインテリアである。個室も一つ有り、ほかはテーブル席だが、非常に大き目のテーブルがあり、団体対応出来る感じ。
ランチメニューの肉つけそばと山椒混ぜそばを選びながら、天ぷらは無いのか問い合わせたら、メニューには無いけど具材があるものだけで対応してくれた。これこそ神対応‼︎ お陰様で、とり天・海老天・さつまいも天が献立の仲間入りを果たせた。
そばは正方形に近く、太くは無いが硬い感じで、歯応えがあった。天ぷらには梅塩と岩塩付き。混ぜそばはそんなに痺れ無く、汁が殆ど無いが追飯が付いており、口直しが出来る感じ。悪く無かった。

昼とはまた違う雰囲気になっていた。メニューも、酒類も。
牛ほほ肉の串、焼きおにぎり、そして国産ジン欅のソーダ割りが印象に残った。美味かった。
