餃子定食
赤坂のランチに羽付餃子発祥の地、蒲田に本店がある人気店の溜池山王店。最近開店したので行ってきました。
お昼時に行ったので行列がありましたが回転が良いのか10分くらいで入店。
テーブルに餃子は1〜2分で味が落ちると書いたファイルが笑
定食で8個あるのに無理だろ、と思いつつ餃子定食ん注文
餃子は皮がもちもち、羽がパリパリの羽付焼き餃子、1〜2分って言うのは早く食べないと羽のパリパリ感が少なくなるからかな？
定食なのでゆっくり食べましたが、最後まで美味しく頂きました。
