今日は雲が綺麗ですね。タケダです。

3月に赤坂でオープン。
外観がお洒落でイタリアンかフレンチかと思ったら何と蕎麦屋。
#カフェでもいけそうな外観
テーブル席でまずはビールで乾杯。
お洒落なとこで飲むビールって
なんか格別に美味しい。
なんでなん？どんなフィルターなん？
注ぎ方なんかな？
蕎麦焼酎を使ったNKハイボールも
大人な味わいで美味しかったな。
蕎麦湯割のどろどろ、さらさらも
是非飲んでもらいたい。

海老はマンゴーソース。
甘味と酸味がちょうどよくマッチ。
鮭は米ラーとしては最高の逸品。
お米持参してでも鮭と食べたい。

柚子が効いてて美味。
ちょびちょび食べながらお酒をぐいっ。
おやつで出てきたら昼から酔っ払えるやつ。

落ち着いてるから安心する。
