ラインナップは圧巻の120種類
新・最強の朝食のみで食べれるピエール・エルメ・パリのプラリネや、岩泉ヨーグルト、玄米卵のオムレツやモーニングステーキ。いくらの醤油漬けなど和食も洋食も素材のクオリティが高く洗練されたお味でまさに究極の朝食！
個人的には、ホテルオリジナルブレンドの国産雑穀Jシリアル、ホテルオリジナル納豆、八丈島産ジャージー牛乳、ピエール・エルメ・パリのヨーグルトオフレーズデボア、テ・ジャルダン・ド・ピエール紅茶が好み。お酢ドリンクは毎日飲んでいるので全種類制覇。笑
種類が豊富で推しメニューの解説パネルを読んで選んでいるだけで楽しく勉強になり、あっという間に時間がすぎてしまったので又リピートしたいと思います♪
