家族の記念日のランチで訪れました。梅雨明け直前の真夏日の土曜日。お店があるガーデンタワーは赤坂見附駅からだと近いですね。四谷駅からも歩けますが猛暑日は避けた方が良いでしょう。以下ランチコース（¥5000）です。
写真❶東京野菜のサラダバー
全種類を盛り付けました。葉物以外は酸味や塩味が程よく味付けされています。それでいて野菜の味がしっかりと伝わり美味しいです。レモンドレッシングを添えたもののかけるのを忘れたぐらいです。付け合わせのフォカッチャなどのパンもホテルメイドの味でとても美味しいです。サラダ、パン共にお替わり可能です。
写真❷選べるパスタからTOKYO-Xの冷製カルボナーラ
東京ナポリタンと迷った結果、冷たいカルボナーラに初挑戦。カッペリーニのような細麺と東京銘柄豚のベーコンの組合せ。

トマトの酸味に加え、おそらくバルサミコ酢の酸味が相まり、これぞホテルメイドの冷製パスタだと感じました。カッペリーニの食感も丁度いいです。美味しいです。
写真❹新江戸スイーツプレート
東京ティラミスとパンナコッタ ティラミスには黒砂糖が掛かっていて深い味わいです。パンナコッタには八丈島のジャージー牛乳が使用されているそうです。予約した際には食後の飲物が付いていないと勘違いしていたのでちゃんとコーヒーも付いて満足です。

店名通り良い景色もごちそうの1つです。ホテルの方々の対応も申し分なく記念日の家族ランチを美味しく楽しく過ごすことができました。また来たいねと家族で話しました。
