かわいい小盛り。
サーモン、うなぎの燻製（ごぼうのせ）
平らぎ貝の焼売生ハムとうど、タコのマリネ。
どれも上品で全て違う食感です。
パンは3種類。
TOKYO-X冷製カルボナーラ★
麺が細くて弾力あります。冷製のカルボナーラは初めてですが、とても食べやすいー！
ヘルシーに感じます。
旨茶カクテルはほうじ茶ベースに甘いフルーツも入ったノンアルカクテルもいただきました。
伊達鶏の炭火焼き 奥多摩わさび添え★
皮はパリッとジューシー！玉ねぎのソースが濃厚で、わさびはツンとぬける爽やかさ！
江戸前黒砂糖 東京ティラミス★
上の生地はふわふわ。ジュワッとコーヒーがしみでました。
お祝いのショートケーキはいちごが大きく、生地がフカフカ。
カフェラテはおかわり自由で食事が終わってもゆっくりできました。
いろんな面でニューオータニの一流さを感じました。
