ゆかゆかさんファミリーが大好きホテルニューオータニさん。
そして子連れには嬉しい個室もあり、安定のホテルのサービスが受けられます。
ということでちょっと前ですが
久しぶりに家族でディナー利用をしてきました。
前菜銘々盛り。
一番手前焼き豚が格別美味しい。
そして大好きなキュウリの醤油漬けと搾菜が止まらない。
これと紹興酒だけで一晩過ごせる勢いです。
まだ春の季節だったので
翡翠スープ。
濃厚な空豆味のスープにフカヒレが入っておりました！！
海老のピリ辛炒め。
プリップリの海老ちゃんとシャキシャキのお野菜が美味しい。
北京ダック。
パリッパリで品あるお味です。
豚肉と新じゃがの煮込み。
このトロットロの豚肉がとにかく美味しくって
八角が効いているのだけど絶妙な甘辛味なのでサッパリ頂けてしまう。
新じゃがはホクホクだし、最高に大好きな感じでした。
あんかけ焼きそば。
これはもう安定の美味しさ。
まぁまぁお腹いっぱいなので最後はお酢をかけて味変してフィニッシュ。
お写真ないけどこの後にデザートも食べて大満足◎
子供達は餃子や春巻、炒飯やラーメンなどをアラカルトで注文したけれど
まぁ食べる食べる。
だんだん大人と同じコースの量を食べる日も近いなぁ…と感じました。。。
以前より、なんだかお高く感じてしまったところもあるけど、、
すっかりカジュアルな洋服ばかり着ていたけど
こういう所でのお食事はやっぱり大事と感じ、
久しぶりに家族でおめかしして個室で楽しいホテルディナータイムが過ごせました☆
