仕事の合間に部下女子とお邪魔。麹町駅から半蔵門駅方面へ徒歩2分ほど歩いたレジ1階に入居するパティスリー。本場仕込の実力派フランス菓子をいただける人気店。
とある水曜日17時頃。近隣での社用を控え時間に余裕があったため立ち寄り。他客なし。
然程広くない売り場乍ら、ガトー、焼菓子、パンと豊富な品揃え。魅力的なプチガトー達に心惹かれつつ、今日はこの後別件バウアーのため焼菓子を物色。艶々としたショソンポムとカヌレ・ド・ボルドーを発注。
翌朝実食。
ショソンポムはアップルコンポートがたっぷり詰まったアップルパイ。しっとりさっくりとした食感、ふんわりと香るバターの風味、爽やかな酸味のきいたコンポートのナイスコンビ。
カヌレはラム酒の香りをビンビンに感じる大人味。口の中にふわーっと広がる甘さはいったいどんだけラム入れたの！？と聞きたくなるほど(*´艸`*)ｧ,､外カリ中もちの王道の食感もしっかり。
他にもガレットやフィナンシェなど気になる焼菓子がいっぱい。手土産や差し入れなどいろいろなシーンで活躍しそう。次回は家族で是非お邪魔したい。
