お誕生日祝いに予約をしていて貰いました。
3年ぶりほどの来店でしたが、
相変わらずゴシック調の豪華絢爛な内装がとっても素敵。
シャンパンリストも豊富。
今回はローランペリエを。
お料理は黒トリュフのコースもありましたが
普通のコースに
黒トリュフのスープを付けましたが
こちらが大正解で
今まで食べたトリュフ料理の中で1番美味しかったです！
鴨も変わらず安定したお味。
ルノーシェフのセンスが光るお料理ばかりで
久しぶりに食事で感動しました。
最後にシェフとお話させて頂きましたが、
レセゾンのヴォワザンシェフと
出身メゾンが同じとのこと。
ランスのレ・クレイエールです。
こんな素晴らしいシェフ達を輩出したレストランは
是非行かねばと思いました。
トゥールダルジャンも定期的に
また来ようと思います。
