3月末の週末に利用させて頂きました。
なかなか予約が取れないと思っていたら、
季節的に卒業式などのお祝いで利用している家族連れが多かったです。
豪華絢爛な雰囲気でありながら、
そこまでギラギラしていないのが好感を持てます。
もちろんサービスは一流、フレンドリーよりかはカッチリとサーブしてくれる感じです。
料理自体は王道フレンチの面影がありますが、
味は少し前衛的な印象を持ちました。
ブロッシュのムースですが、サービスの方が半平の様な物と説明してくれましたが、確かに食感的にはそうでした。
舌触りが非常に軽く、それでいて新鮮な味わいが口の中で広がり、非常に美味でした。
メインの幼鴨のローストは、非常に食べ応えありました。
まだ一緒にサーブされるマルコポーロ・ソースが絶品でした。
追いソースがあったのも、非常に嬉しい演出でした。
またデザートのピーチ・フランベは絶品でした。
こちらは非常にパワフルな味わいで、頂いた中で一番王道的な要素が感じられました。
これからどの様な進化を遂げるのか、
非常に期待したい気持ちでいっぱいです。
