This is an Okinawan Cuisine near Kojimachi Station. On this day, there was a wait even after 1:00 p.m., and it was quite busy (this was my first time waiting, but it only lasted about 5 minutes). I came with curry soba and spicy soba, and this time I tried Jimami soba (1000 yen). I was imagining an Okinawan version of Tantanmen, but the soup wasn't as viscous as it looked and had a smooth texture. It's an interesting approach, but I might want something a little richer (^◇^;) The noodles seem to be the usual Okinawa Soba. As mentioned above, the soup feels a little weak, so it feels like the balance with the noodles is just a little bit better. The spiciness and nutty texture are good accents, so with just a little bit of balance, you'll probably fall in love with it all at once (this is my personal opinion). is also difficult to evaluate. For some reason, I haven't eaten the default Okinawa Soba yet, so I think I'll try that next time *\(^o^)/*
