本店とニューオータニ内の別館があります、接待で夜18時に訪問、店内に個室かお寿司のカウンター席
その日は5名で個室で利用
頂いたのは
「先付」車海老と焼茄子の胡麻タレ掛け
「志のぎ」ねぎとろ
「吸物」松茸と鱧の土瓶蒸し
「造り」中トロ、タイ、ヒラメ
「八寸」鮭の親子和へ、紅葉蓮根、南瓜松風、蟹の磯辺巻き、牛肉紅葉煮、子持ち鮎甘露煮
「煮物」和牛と冬瓜の出汁煮
「食事」お蕎麦で冷たい２種類と温かい２種類から選べます、全部いただくでも可能ですが、その日は冷たい辛味大根蕎麦となめこ蕎麦でした
「デザート」水ようかんとシャインマスカットのゼリー
料理は他の日本料理と同じレベルでステータスがいいので接待で使いやすい
飲み物はビール、八海山３合、黒龍３合等
