前から気になってはいました。斜向かいのにいずや伊勢廣はよく来るのですが、藍泉は夜1度しか来てません 平日月火のお昼限定ラーメン
比内地鶏の丸鶏や煮干しで丁寧にスープを取るそうです
では早速 塩ラーメン（2750円）と天然鮪のミニ鉄火丼（770円）をお願いします
良い香りがして 登場
スープは 透き通り でもしっかり濃くと味があって 具材に負けていません
麺は細麺と中太の間ぐらいか ストレート麺で 塩スープを良い具合にからめて 胃の中へ
上には 宮崎牛ローストビーフ 車海老真丈ワンタン 板番豚肩ロース 奥津軽プレミア卵の煮卵
極太シナチク 香り付けの刻み柚 ねぎは間違いなく九条ねぎ
これでもかと正統派の具材たっぷりで 圧倒されます こんなラーメン ありなのか
何食べても 旨い
鉄火丼は鮪の上に醤油味の海苔佃煮がのっており これをまぶして食べて下さいと
本鮪 しっかりうま味たっぷり あと御飯の温度が少しい温かい程度でこれが なんともうれしい小技というか やられました
サービス料15％かかるので しめて4048円
内容 サービスから 申し分ないです
他にも醤油ラーメン、担々麺もあるとのこと また来たいですね
