昼食で麹町にある鳥元へやってきました。
焼き鳥が売りの居酒屋ですがランチもやっています。
お店はビルの地下にありますが外から直接入店できます。
立派な門構えがあるので見つけるのも簡単ですね。
店内は落ち着いた照明できれいでお洒落な居酒屋といった雰囲気。
カウンター席にテーブル席と意外とスペースがあります。
各客席はパーティションなどで仕切られているため気兼ねなく利用できます。
今回案内されたのは2人掛けのテーブル席で、こちらは扉も閉まって密室状態でした。
ランチメニューは鶏尽くしの定食類のほか、お蕎麦が揃えてあります。
価格もお手ごろでご飯大盛り無料のサービス付き。
ご飯は玄米と白米から選べるのも嬉しいですね。
本日は鶏の黒酢あんかけ定食を注文。
数量限定だそうですが、12時の初め頃ではまだ残っているようです。
メインのお皿に玄米ご飯、しじみ汁、お漬物がセット。
黒酢あんかけは要は鶏の酢豚ですね。
ゴロッとした鶏肉に甘すっぱい餡がたっぷりと絡んでいます。
玉ねぎにズッキーニ、人参など野菜もたっぷり。
鶏肉はモモ肉でしょうか。
脂がのって柔らかく、適度な弾力があって食べ応えがあります。
衣か皮か、パリッとした食感もあり香ばしさも楽しめました。
さすが焼き鳥屋の鶏料理、美味しくお腹も満たされました。
