仕事帰りに再訪。
今日は何をいただこうか入店すると店内が満員で所作に困る。
落ち着いて選ばせていただき、菜の花とたまご、クロワッサン・オ・ザマンド、クロックムッシュ、ブリオッシュ クレームを購入！
家に帰りお昼にいただきま〜す！
菜の花の香りは春の先触れ。クロックムッシュは卵のスムースさとチーズのコクと塩味の適度さが秀逸。ブリオッシュクレームのやわらかさとクレームの香りの新鮮さ、そして、今日の1番はクロワッサン・オ・ザマンド！生地の層による食感と端のサクッとした歯触り、アーモンドの薫り全体のバランス。最高でした！

やっぱり良いですね。家族の食いつきもサイコーです。今日のイチオシは、リーフ型のアップルパイです！シナモンの香りも良く、パイの層の多さから来るパリパリ感は極上！4種のチーズパンもコクと香薫りのバランスがよく、クイニーアマンのバリバリ感は秀逸でした！
