八重桜が咲く時期、いつもお邪魔させていただくお店です。今年も来ることができました。
オーバカナルのヨーロッパ風の店内も好きですが、この時期はテラス席がいいです。温かくもなく寒くもなく、本当に気持ち良い。そして、桜越しに高層ビルの見えるこちらのロケーションも素晴らしいです。
この時期、必ず頼むのがホワイトアスパラ。オランデーズソースをかけていただきます。瑞々しいアスパラガス、甘みと香りが楽しめます。これを食べると、春だなぁと感じます。
今回は、ムール貝の白ワイン蒸しと鴨もも肉のコンフィもいただきました。大ぶりのムール貝、食べ応えがあります。セロリも使われた白ワインのソースも旨し。
鴨もも肉のコンフィも柔らかいですね！スッとナイフが入ります。この鴨の香り、大好きです。
また、近くに来たら寄りたいです。
