何件かのホテルのバーでは、
期間限定で桜にちなんだカクテルを
出しているのですが
今年はこちらで
桜カクテルをいただく事にしましょう♡
期間は4月30日まで
ノンアルカクテルを含めた
計4種の桜カクテルがありますよ〜
ちなみに19時から30分おきに
ピアノの生演奏があるので、
その時間からは500円の
カバーチャージがかかります
この日は土曜日
結婚式もあったのか
それっぽいグループ客や観光客などで
賑わってます♡
バーなのだけど
ちょっと上品な居酒屋的な賑わい（笑）
このバーのために描かれた連作絵画
「カプリ島シリーズ」に目をやりながら
頼んだのは以下
◯春うらら
“桜餅”をイメージし、
若々しい緑から、淡い桜色への
美しいグラデーションが際立つ一杯
HAKUジャパニーズクラフトウォッカを
ベースに、桜リキュールと柑橘ジュースを
合わせたそう
◯春風（ノンアルコールカクテル）
桜舞う季節に吹く、そよそよと優しい春の風を
イメージしたノンアルコールカクテル
ノンアルコールジンをベースに、
白ブドウジュースとノンアルコール梅酒を
桜と合わせたそう
◯スプリング ジュレップ
ジャパニーズウイスキーをベースに、
梅酒や桜リキュール、大葉を合わせた
日本版ジュレップスタイルカクテル
大葉の爽やかな香りがフルーティーな味わいと
調和してすっきりといただけます
2杯で止めるつもりが
結局3杯飲んじゃった（笑）
珍しくノンアルカクテルを挟んでみましたが
どれも個性的で良かったですよ♡

さて、
私事ですが
親しかった叔父が
桜メニュウを巡ってる最中に永眠致しまして
お酒と海釣りが好きで
職人ながら対人的には不器用で
でも無邪気で裏表のない人でした
昨年秋に、
余命半年と宣告されていたので
覚悟半分で桜メニュウを巡っていましたが・・・
その叔父を偲んで、カクテルで献杯
「俺を言い訳にして3杯も飲んで〜」
とか言ってそうですが、
きっと一緒に桜カクテルを
楽しんでくれたと思います

まだまだ寒かった中、
硬い蕾の頃から始まり
柔らかな日差しと共に開花し
葉桜から新緑に移り変わる場所
これから開花を迎える場所
今年も変わらず桜は
私たちを楽しませてくれています
レビュウ期間は約2ヶ月くらいでしたが、
規制解除の影響か、
今年は桜メニュウを出すお店が
ホントに多くて
気になりつつも、結局行けなかったり
それはまた来年の楽しみにすると致しましょう
最後はやはり大好きなこの和歌で
〆たいと思います
今年ほど、この歌が心に沁みる事はないかな
ひさかたの 光のどけき 春の日に
静心（しづごころ）なく 花の散るらむ
(こんなに陽の光が
のどかに降り注いでいる春の日なのに、
どうして桜の花は落ち着いた心もなく
散ってしまうのだろう)
