帝国ホテルの味とサービスをリーズナブルに享受できた。
ということで、
帝国ホテルの盤石のサービスを享受しに
やってきた。
例えば、
有名な帝国ホテル謹製ビーフカレーは
帝国ホテル東京パークサイドダイナーで
3,080円のところ、
ここでは
1,650円で味わえるのである。
ここは、
東側に皇居、
南側に国立劇場、
北側にエフエム東京、
西側に警視庁隼町官舎
という素晴らしいロケーション。
国立劇場を利用する人が
食事や宿泊にも利用したり、
エフエム東京関係者が
打ち合わせに利用したり、
もちろん全国警察関係者が
利用したりと
ニーズが多い。
ひとりだと云うと、
帝国ホテルスタッフがしずしずとご案内。
食券はと聞かれるが、
一般だと答え、
着席し、
メニューと冷水が置かれる。
ホテルの同じ値段の
洋朝食と和朝食では
圧倒的に洋食の方がコスパがいいのだが、
前回、「ペルラン」では洋朝食をいただいたこともあり、
今回は帝国ホテルの和食を楽しむことにした。
「和朝食」（1,350円）
最初に熱々のほうじ茶が出される。
続いてお膳が届く。
ご飯とお味噌汁はおかわり自由ですので
どうぞお楽しみください。
左下から時計回りに、
白ご飯、豆腐とナメコの味噌汁、
鯖の塩焼き、しらすもずく、
野菜の煮物、焼き海苔、蒲鉾、
香の物、玉子焼き。
味噌汁は優しい仕上がり。
ご飯は少し粘り気のある炊き上がり。
梅干しは身が柔らかく酸っぱ過ぎない。
サバ塩は丁寧な下処理。
煮物には鰹出汁のジュレがかかり、
しっかりした味で水分たっぷり。
モズクの酸味がほどよい。
甘くない玉子焼き、
ご飯を軽めでおかわりをお願い。
熱いほうじ茶を差し替えてくれる。
ゆったりと過ごせた。
