Luxury lunch!
Grand Arc Hanzomon, an Imperial Hotel chain located next to the Imperial Palace moat, is in an excellent location, with Chidorigafuchi Park, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, and the National Theater nearby. Many foreigners stay here. This is Tempura restaurant in a hotel like this. The interior of the restaurant has a luxurious and calm atmosphere. They fry Tempura right in front of you at the counter. We made a reservation at 12 o'clock for three people. The Tempura soba lunch included eight pieces of freshly fried Tempura, egg tofu as an appetizer, chirashi Sushi with crab and salmon roe, four kinds of sashimi, soba, and almond jelly for dessert, for 1,720 yen. Everything was beautifully presented in beautiful dishes, and many small dishes were served, which was great for women. A luxurious business lunch. Tempura included my favorite conger eel and yellowtail, which was very satisfying! When I was asked if I had any allergies at the beginning, I answered that I didn't, and I was surprised to find that there was crab on the chirashi Sushi, but it just went beyond my expectations! (I'm allergic to crab.) I was also soothed by the almond tofu dessert, and was able to spend a truly elegant time.

I'm at Grand Ark Hanzomon again. This time, too, for a business lunch! Personally, I like this restaurant the best among all Grand Ark restaurants. I am allergic to crustaceans, so I was able to have my rice and Tempura separately without the prawn tempura. I was told that the tempura sauce contains shrimp soup stock. The first course was konbu (konbu with baby kelp). The texture of the konbu is very crispy and crunchy. The soup stock is very delicious. Tempura Kiss, conger eel, bigeye, squid, shishito pepper, shiitake mushroom, lotus root, sweet potato The tempura is deep-fried right in front of you and served freshly made. It is also great that it comes with both salt and tempura sauce. I have always loved fish Tempura, so I am glad they changed from prawns to fish. The fish is fried crisply and elegantly, and tastes delicious! The rice is cooked hard and tasty. The eggplant oshinko is delicious, just like pickles with sake lees! The red miso soup is made with nameko mushrooms, tofu, and leek. It is accented with sansho (Japanese pepper), which is very good! I thought I would try to imitate it at home! *Après-sweet tofu The meal is tightened up when something sweet is served at the end! Refreshing and delicious! Everyone had the Tenju and seemed to be very satisfied with the deliciousness! I'm jealous! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the distance between the counter and the kitchen is just right. I would like to come here again!
