A Chinese Cuisine restaurant located on the basement floor of a building near the House of Councilors residence, a 2-minute walk from Kojimachi subway station.
Early January 2018. 5th day of onset of "strained back". It's gotten a lot better. Yesterday, in the morning, I went to an acupuncture clinic in Kojimachi for the first time in a week. I received acupuncture and massage. It costs 15,300 yen for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Still, I can't replace it with money because I feel the effects. After finishing, I had lunch alone in Kojimachi. It's been a long time since I went to Kyoka Saryo, a Chinese Cuisine restaurant that I always pass by. Perhaps because the House of Councilors Kojimachi Member's Residence is nearby, the Liberal Party office is in the building next door. It's on the basement floor of the building next door. Around 11:30am. At the entrance on the first floor, takeaway bento Bento (boxed lunch) are sold for 500 yen each. There are no customers inside the store. However, after that, more and more middle-aged male customers in suits came to the store. Choose `` Seafood Ankake Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)'' from the 850 yen lunch menu. Comes with small fried rice and soup. Free refills of rice, fried rice, and soup for all items. To be honest, when I first visited about 10 years ago, I didn't think it was that delicious. I didn't go back for that reason, but since it's been open for a long time, I went back for the first time in a while. While enjoying the ``zha cai'' on the table, the food appeared after a short wait. Judging by the other customers, the food came out quite quickly. Seafood ankake Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) had soft, thin curls, and the seasoning was delicious without being too salty. The egg soup was a bit too salty for me. The fried rice had a light taste, but it was too light and left a little unsatisfactory. At least the Seafood sauce was delicious.

Revisited in mid-August 2022. I have been having pain on both sides of my neck for the past two weeks. At times like this, acupuncture is the best treatment, and I receive treatment at a familiar acupuncture clinic in Kojimachi. It felt a little cleaner. After that, I had lunch here alone. It was around 1pm on a weekday, and there were about 10 customers. It's quite spacious. First visit in 4 years. I chose the 850 yen "hiyashi chuka soba" from the "recommended summer menu." Comes with pickles and mini fried rice, with free refills of fried rice. This was delicious. I don't really like sour foods. However, the hiyashi chuka and fried rice here were moderately light and easy to eat. In a review of this restaurant that I wrote four years ago, it was written that the fried rice was bland and unsatisfactory. Maybe as I've gotten older I've simply become more fond of it. Anyway, I'm satisfied.
