インドネパール系のチェーン店は数多くありますが、その中でもビニタは結構好きなんです。
インネパ系だからこその良さ、面白さがあります。
豊富なメニューの中に時折キラっと光る美味しいものがまぎれているのも良いところ。
ビニタはスープカレーも美味しいんです。
スープカレーといっても北海道のものではなく、ネパール系のスープカレー。
といってネパールにこういうカレーがあるのかというとやはりそういうわけでもなく、ネパールのカシコマスやククラコマスなんかをもとに、日本的にアレンジしたというオリジナルのスープカレーなんですね。
ミックスだとチキン、シーフード、野菜と非常に具沢山なのがまず嬉しいです。
しかもそのシーフードの火入れ具合が程良くて、ちゃんと作っているんだということがわかります。
ちゃんと作って当たり前と思うかもしれませんが、インネパ系だとちゃんと作っていないお店も少なからずあったりするわけで。
ニンニク強めのパンチあるスープカレーにはライスが合います。
サラダはサービスで出してくれました。
そういうところもインネパの良さ。
麹町のビニタは初訪問だったのですが、他のビニタと同じく素敵なインネパでした。
