オーガニック素材にこだわり、10種類以上の小麦粉を使い分け、酪農家限定のフレッシュバターを使用した焼き菓子やパンを提供するお店。
看板商品は焼き菓子なのでとても種類が多いですが、驚いたことにパンの種類も豊富でした。
ケーキやサンドイッチも合わせると100種類はありそうな、店内にびっちり並ぶ商品に目を奪われます。
パンの値段は200円台のものも多いので、そこまで高く感じませんでした。

国産小麦100%で作ったシンプルなベーグルです。
もちもち食感が特徴です。
⇨触った時かなり柔らかく、食べてみても表面しっとりしていて内側ふっかり。噛んで行くともちもちしますが、ベーグルというよりややパンより。
生地はほんのり甘味があったのでそのままパクパク食べられました。
