インドカレーが食べたい！
そう思っていた矢先の遭遇。
麹町駅の地上出口があるビルのお店。
ふらりと入店。
店員さんは全員インド人。
フレンドリーで雰囲気が良いです。
分煙はされていますが、喫煙可なのがやや誤算。
地下ですがWiFiもあります。
ランチのAセットにしました。
選べるカレーはチキンに
選べるドリンクはホットコーヒーにしました。
辛さも頼めば調整してくれます。
激辛にしました！
辛さが足りなければ卓上に
赤唐辛子のパウダーと、
刻み青唐辛子のオイル漬けがあります。
サラダ、スープ、副菜が付いて来ました。
サラダは甘酸っぱくてクリーミィな
ドレッシングの千切りキャベツ。
スープは中華スープみたいな味。
副菜は
蒸したポテトをカレーとクミンで和えた物で
インドのお袋の味でしょうか？
オリジナルかな？
ナンかライスが選べ、お代わり自由。
ナンとライスを両方食べる事も出来るようです。
ライスは白ご飯でした。
カレーは皿が大きく結構ボリュームがあります。
柔らかく煮込まれたチキンが3つ。
辛さは？激辛が私にはちょうど良い辛さ！
食べていると段々辛さに慣れてしまうので、
途中で唐辛子を投入します。
「もっと辛くしてるね！」と店員さんが
カタコトな日本語で声を掛けてくれます。
味は優しいインドカレー！
クリーミィでスパイスは効いており、
辛さもありますが、優しい…！
もしかしたら、インドのお袋の味は
きっとこんな感じなのかな？？
何だか愛を感じる人間味のある優しいカレー！
元気出せよ…！と言ってくれているようなカレー！
いや、今日は別に凹んでませんが…。
食後のコーヒーもタイミング良く登場。
何だかほうじ茶みたいなコーヒー。
これがまた不思議と癒される。
WiFiで少しメールを打ち、寛ぎました。
何だか寛容な雰囲気…
せかせかしていない…。
日本人だらけな空間で
何となく旅に来たみたいな気持ちになりました。
