居心地良い空間
半蔵門駅3a出口から地上に出たら右に進み、ファミマの交差点を渡り、花屋さんを過ぎたところで右に曲がります。奥まった先に凛として店が構えられています。
山形郷土料理（庄内の方らしい）ということですが、綺麗な一品一品は雅な印象を受けます。
店内は入口の印象よりも広く開放的です。
まだ工事中のせいか、大工音はしますが、店の雰囲気は落ち着いて居心地の良さを印象付けます。
ランチは一択のようです。
店先にランチの内容があるので興味のある方はメニューで決めれば良いと思います。
本日のランチで特に惹かれたのは
・むきそば
・いわし塩焼
でした。
・むきそば
蕎麦の実の黒い殻を丸抜きした実を出汁でいただく、味も食感も香りも楽しめる一品でした。
・いわし塩焼
良い塩梅というのは梅のためじゃなくて、この塩焼のためにあるのかな？というくらい良い塩加減でした。特殊な塩でも使っているのか、塩ですが甘さを感じました。いわしの脂が美味しかったからかな？イワシもテップリして臭みもなくワタも美味しくいただけました。
ご飯をお替りしてフィニッシュ！

今日は元上司とランチです。
齢81歳。お元気です。
親子ほど離れた方ですが、いつも楽しくお話できます♪
食が細くなってきたとのことで、心配しましたが、ご年配の方でも間違いなく美味しいと感じてくれるお店って、簡単にないですよね。
で、閃いたのが、おばこさん。
本日もランチは1択。当然1プライス。

満足気にお茶を啜っているのを見て一安心。
