いまの場所からすぐの所から移転して来て、そろそろ3年、場所は半蔵門駅からすぐ、永田町駅からも徒歩圏内。
この辺り都心ど真ん中で居住者は少ないが実は飲食店がひしめき合う競合のエリア、蕎麦屋だけでも「平河町天かめ」「ゆで太郎」「築武士」「長寿庵」「さわらび」etc…
その中でもこちら、いわゆる「港屋」インスパイア系。
これ系そば店は他も沢山「港屋2」「Minatoya3」と暖簾分け以外にも「秋葉原カサブランカ」「汐留さやか」「そば俺のダシ」はたまた他店舗展開する「なぜ蕎麦…」
その「系」そばの中で群を抜いて美味しいのが当店
初代愛宕港屋（虎の門）の美味しさは革命的であったが、それに匹敵する味。
土曜日、開店の11時に到着。
先客1名様、いや正確にはお持ち帰り客2名も外で待っていた模様。総数10杯分のお蕎麦をお持ち帰り。食券機でスタミナ冷そば900円を購入。
お汁にラー油は見受けられない。近くの練り唐辛子を入れて、付属の生卵を入れて、頂く。
愛宕港屋との大きな違いは、肉が無い。
肉蕎麦ではないのだ。
そして太くて硬い蕎麦の上には大量のギザミ海苔で埋め尽くされている。
お汁は甘辛で、これにスタミナと呼ばれる理由がある。
なんと言ってもお蕎麦が美味い、海苔は蕎麦の風味を消してしまうので蕎麦通は好んでのせないが、この蕎麦をも覆い尽くす海苔と一緒に食べても、ここの蕎麦は負けてない、そしてコシが強い！
