ずいぶん前から気になっていたSOBA STANDそばうささん、やっと初訪問できました
《バジル冷そば 1000円+大盛150円》
☆☆汁
先ずはバジルペーストが一面を覆っている汁
ペーストの下は少し甘めで鰹強めの一般的な蕎麦汁
とても美味しくてバジルが良く合う！
蕎麦大盛だと後半バジルか少し足りなかったのでバジルペースト追加(200円)もありだと思います
ミニトマトも入ってます
◯蕎麦
やや太めの蕎麦は風味弱めですが喉越しよく中々
大盛はかなりの量、夕方までお腹一杯が続きました(笑)

スクランブルエッグ.ベーコン.レタス.カイワレ.白胡麻.レモン
個性派多めですがバジルとなので、もちろん違和感なし
◯卓上の辛味調味料
辛いの好きの自分でもかなり辛味を強く感じました

ビールがある事は把握してましたが券売機の下の方をよく見るとハイボールが色々、好きなイチローズモルトを発見しました
ホワイトラベルでも立ち食い蕎麦屋さんで置いてるのは、そばうささんだけかもしれません
美味しくいただきました
