昼に利用
移転してきたアンティキサポーリと厨房を共有した店。バラババオと同じと思って間違いないでしょうか。
紀尾井町ガーデンテラスは閉店してしまった店を含め商業施設内でもかなり良い店が入ってる場所だと思います。
L.O間際に伺い2800円のコースにプラスドルチェ付けました。
内容は以下
・前菜盛り合わせ
・自家製ビーゴリ 鴨肉のラグーソース
・魚介の煮込み スープ仕立て
・トルタニコロッタ 自家製バニラジェラート添え
となります。
前菜はイタリアンお得意の盛り合わせですが変わってるというかここらしさがあって個人的には良かったかなと。ズッカ・イン・サオール、セッピ・ディ・ネロ、クスクスなど。
自家製ビーゴリ鴨肉のラグーソースはこちらの定番。銀座のバラババオのはタリアテッレだった気がしますが。量が凄いですがありがた迷惑なくらい激マズです。
魚介の煮込みは本日鱸の切り身と海老、ホタテ、アサリ、ムール貝。これは結構美味かった。この店は魚介系頼んだ方が良いかも。
トルタニコロッタは初めて食べました。簡単に言うとパンプディングみたいな素朴な郷土菓子ですが厳密な定義や決まりはなくそれぞれの家庭や店で合わせる物が違ったりするらしいですね。深いです。
次はアンティキ行きたいです。あの店のチーズが食べられるかも？(笑)
