2度目の赤坂は東京ガーデンテラス紀尾井町でのランチ。前回は焼鳥丼をいただいたので、今回はイタリアンの『スーペルバッコ』にお邪魔した。
エントランスに立つと、入り口には２つのレストランの案内がある。右は南イタリアのリストランテ『アンティキ・サポーリ』、左は北イタリアはヴェネツィアのオステリア『スーペルバッコ』。
南はコース料理のバリエーションで、北はセットからコースでいわゆるプリフィクス式。ふらっと軽いランチでもと言う方は北。しっかりとイタリア料理を楽しみたい方は南。
我々は「ふらっと」だったので北のリストランテのプリフィクスをチョイス。
パスタランチは6種のパスタから選ぶもの。
A. サラダ、パスタ、パン ¥1,500
B. 前菜盛り合せ、パスタ、パン ¥2,100
C. 前菜盛り合せ、パスタ、パン ¥3,10.
大盛り +¥150
食後のコーヒーor紅茶 +150
ドルチェ ¥600
オーダーしたのはBでパスタは下記の通り。
・スパゲッティ マグロの自家製オイル漬けとバジリコとトマトソース
・自家製"ビーゴリ・イン・サルサ"アンチョビと玉ねぎの郷土パスタ
デザートに「木苺のセミフレッド」をオーダー。
まずは前菜の盛合せだが、ヴェネツィア郷土料理が皿いっぱいに並んでいて驚きだ。
北イタリアでは夕食前に様々な前菜とワインで楽しむ習慣があり、その際に用意される前菜の盛合せのようだ。
独特な太さであるスパゲッティ（ビーゴリ）は大盛りでお願いしたのですごい量。
イン・サルサはヴェネツィアの郷土料理で、マンマの味なんだろう。アンチョビと飴色の玉ねぎのソースで太いパスタによく合う。
マグロの自家製オイル漬けはマグロがふんだんに混ぜられてあり、ケイパーとパジルの香りが食用をそそる逸品だ。
ドルチェでいただいたセミフレッドも素朴だけど最後まで美味しくいただけた。
全体的にカジュアルで量も多く、イタリア版の定食屋感があるが、それが実に心地よく、満喫できる。
窓の外には東京のど真ん中とは思えない緑が見えて、天気に恵まれたこともあって快適空間だった。
肝心な事を忘れていたが、対応してくれたホールの人が実にスマートにサーブしてくれたのには大変感心した。
次回は夜の「南イタリア」に飛んでみたい。
