麹町にある「鮨大和」で1人お鮨ランチ。
ランチのおまかせコースでは
12〜13貫の握りとお椀を楽しむことができます。
超有名店で長年研鑽を積んだ
大将が握るお鮨は素材にもこだわり、
シンプルながら素材を生かした味わいで絶品！

最近行った中でも
お気に入りのお店になりました。
その理由はつや姫をブレンドしたシャリと、
パリパリの風味よい海苔。
個人的にドンピシャ好みのシャリの固さで
シャリ巻きもいただいちゃいました！
ひとつ一つの素材の旨みを引き出す、
シンプルな握り。
映えとはちょっと違うけど、
一口食べると美味しい！という言葉が自然に出てきます。
とくに印象に残ってるのはこちら。
▷穴子 塩とタレ
外はパリッと、中はふんわりな穴子。
塩とタレの2種を食べ比べできます。
これ美味しかったぁ〜！！
▷中トロ、赤み漬け
この日は大間のマグロを使用。
中トロは脂がとろけます。
赤み漬けも酸味と旨みのバランスが抜群！
▷とり貝
赤貝も美味しかったけど、
まだ半分生きてる生とり貝は旨みも強く、
甘くて絶品！
▷ムラサキウニ
口に入れた瞬間に新鮮さが伝わる絶品ウニ。
あえて海苔で巻かずに素材の味を楽しみます。
▷ 春子鯛 昆布締め
ひとつひとつ丁寧に仕込みがされた春子鯛は
身が柔らかくシャリとの相性も抜群。
