平日のランチタイムに初訪店
店内に先客は食事中の１名
空いてるテーブル席に着席しオーダー。
頼んだメニューは 中華醤油焼きそば 並盛り
ソースや塩焼きそばは知ってますが
醤油焼きそばは ドキドキの初体験です。
注文から５分程で着皿。
細めの麺は プッツンと歯切れがよく
醤油ソースを絡めて食べると なんとも不思議な味です。
ちょっと 釜彦のスープ焼きそばの味に似てるかな。
具は もやしとたまねぎ、それと少量の豚バラ
私には これだけで充分だと思える麺の量でした。
お値段もリーズナブル、ランチメニューも豊富で
再訪店決定です。
次は刀削麺を食べようかな？と。、。
