昼前に通院して家族に連絡したら全員昼食終わり。
近所でと思い、こちらに来店。
コロナ前は、刀削麺を求めて来店していましたが、最近はご無沙汰しておりました。
<麻辣刀削麺>
味は求めている麻辣系です。
但し、刀削麺が短い。長い麺でも、求めていた長さの半分ほど。
他にも細々になってしまっているのもチラホラ。
それでも歯応えとかはシッカリと刀削麺してくれています。
<小籠包>
通常は8個です。
オススメの飲茶を聞いたら小籠包と言われ「一人で8個は無理」と伝えると4個にしてくれました。
肉汁スープがタップリ入っており、黒酢を持ってきてくれるのも嬉しいです。
刀削麺が長ければなぁ〜っと残念なポイントもありましたが、味、食感などは良かったです。
店員さんもハキハキと話してくれました。
