カレーマーボー焼きそば
生姜焼き定食！
今日はお肉気分だったので生姜焼き定食をチョイス。
熱々の鉄板にキャベツが乗り、その上に焼いた豚肉が乗っています。
そして生姜だれをかけまわして、客席で調理が完成。
熱々出来立ての生姜焼きを食べられます。
肉は厚め、大き目で食べ応えがあり、胡椒の効いた下味に
生姜たれをかけることにより、噛むたびにしっかりした味が
出てきて大満足間違いなしの一品です。

お昼に訪店。
たまに満員で入れなかったりしますが、今日は
カウンター空いてました。
チキン南蛮を食べました。
たれが染みてもサクサクのから揚げに
ゆで卵の白身の形が分かるくらいの
タルタルソース。
味のバランスも程よく、から揚げもたっぷりで
大満足の一品です。
お冷も、ジョッキにたっぷり冷たいお茶を提供されるので
個人的にはポイント高いです。

久々に訪店。
たまに食べたくなるマーボー焼きそばをチョイス。
ちょっと焦げてパリッとしたところのある麺に
カレー味のひき肉。そしてご飯。
さらに黄色いたくあんとそれぞれが噛み応えと
味のバランスが癖になります。
