今回は、お魚を炭火で焼いた焼き魚が食べられるこちらのお店にお邪魔しました
最近、鯖料理にはまり自宅で鯖味噌を作って食べているので
今日は鯖の文化干し定食をチョイス（税込み950円：令和元年10月１日～）
鯖は、程よい脂の乗りで美味しいですね。
しかも頭付き
自宅で隅で焼くことはないので皮まで美味しく食べれます。
他にも、色んな魚の西京漬けなど美味しい切り身がありました^^
ご飯はおかわり可能のようで、しかも炊き方もよく美味しいです！
