キーマカレーは、香り高いホールスパイスと共に10時間以上炒めた玉ねぎ、国産の牛肉、豚肉の様々な部位を独自のブレンドで挽き肉にしたものに、ココナッツミルクと10数種類のスパイス、香味野菜の自家製ブイヨンを加えてじっくり煮込み、合計20時間以上の時間をかけて全て店内で手作りしております。 |
原宿駅からでちょっと歩いて、カレーの名店が多くある北参道エリアに。
今日は、「MOKUBAZA」に来店。
待ちは4～5人ほど、30分ほどして入れました。店内は、アメリカのバーのようにカウンターとテーブル席があり、オシャレな雰囲気です。一番人気のチーズキーマカレーL(￥1450)とマンゴーラッシー(￥340→カレーとのセット価格)を注文してから着席。
まずは、マンゴーラッシーが登場。
ほんのりマンゴーの風味がありますが、ラッシーの甘さもある中で酸味があって美味しかった
そして、チーズキーマカレーが登場し、
真っ白いチーズでつつまれ、中心に黄身が鎮座され、パンケーキのような見た目！
まずは、食べ方をレクチャーされ、まずはそのまま1口との事です。
チーズとキーマが合わさって、チーズがガツンときて、キーマが後からやってくる！チーズトーストに近い感じです。
そのあと混ぜてから頂くと、先にキーマの本来の旨さががっつりきて、美味しかったですよ！
