ビーフカレー
豚肉と白菜のうま煮
日替わりが食べたことのないメニューだったので注文。
正直、そんなに期待していなかったのですが
白菜も、豚肉も柔らかく煮てあり
食感が抜群。
餡の味も、出汁が利いていて白菜・豚肉と
絶妙にマッチしていて絶品でした。
どの料理もおいしいのですが、やはり
和風メニューだとひときわおいしいですね。
デミグラスハンバーグ
今日の日替わりはデミグラスハンバーグ。
大ぶりのハンバーグがご飯に乗って
デミグラスソースがかかっています。
たっぷりのハンバーグをご飯と一緒にたべて
大満足でした。
目玉焼きが乗ってるとなおよいかなとか思ったりもしました。
ドライカレー
今日の日替わりはドライカレー。
牛肉カレーと迷いましたが、初めてなのでこちらを。
ほどなくして配膳。
ご飯の上にカレー味のついたたっぷりひき肉
そして温泉卵。干しブドウは入っていないタイプでした。
スパイスのきいた程よい辛さのひき肉が
ご飯と合います。
ご飯に対してルーが十分なので、大盛でも安心な
一品かと思います。
安定のカレー
今日は、ビーフカレーをオーダー。
トップメニューが好みに合わない時に頼みます。
辛さはほどほどですがスパイスが聞いてきて
汗が出ます。
牛肉がの深い味わいが
カレールーに溶け込んでいて
絶品です。
隠れ家風のいいお店
ランチに訪店。
隠れ家風と書いたものの、大人気で入れないことも多いです。
ひがわりのガパオライスをオーダー。
いい雰囲気のカウンターでおいしいお水を飲んでいると
すぐに配膳されました。
半熟の目玉焼きに、バジルのきいた鶏ひき肉が絶妙な塩加減で
ご飯が進みまくります。
前に行ったら入れませんでしたが
いつか夜も来てみたいなと思う店でした。

今日は珍しくカウンターが埋まっていたので
奥のテーブル席に。
やっぱり椅子が低いと落ち着きますｗ
サラダ・スープと頂いてカレー到着。
牛肉が溶け込んだルーをご飯に混ぜると
