建物も真新しく、内装もモダンな感じでお洒落です。
１枚板の巨大なカウンターの奥はオープンキッチンが見渡せて中の動きが間近に見れます。
給仕のスタッフの女の子もキビキビしていて清々しいです。
まず器からこだわりが感じられます。
料理はどれも一工夫してあって、新鮮な感じです。お造りも醤油で食べさせるのではなく、梅肉と塩で進めたり、牡蠣とベーコンを合わせたり、猪肉を使用する辺りに店主の創意工夫を垣間見れます。
隣が有名なピザ屋さんで調理場が繋がっており、お互い料理人同士が交流しているみたいです。ピザ窯を使用し、高温で焼いた料理を出したり発想が面白く勉強になります。
