タイ料理『SOWAT』✨✨
渋谷で用事を済ませた帰り道に見つけたタイ料理店。通りかかったのも何かの縁。試してみましょう。
お店は2020年8月オープン。東京メトロ副都心線北参道駅徒歩3分、JR千駄ヶ谷駅徒歩7分の住宅街にあります。コロナ禍でオープンしたので、テイクアウトに力を入れた業態のようです。果たして、料理のお味はいかに(*´∇｀)ﾉ
■グリーンカレー+パッタイコンボ 1,400円（税込）
⚫グリーンカレー
グリーンカレーは辛さ控えめ。ただ味は正統派で鶏肉のうま味もバッチリ。ジャスミンライスもよく炊けていました。
⚫パッタイ
ライスヌードルに、卵、小さく切った豆腐を加えて鍋で炒め、ナンプラー、干しエビ、小エビ、もやし加え、刻んだローストピーナッツを添える。王道なパッタイの仕上げだ。そしてパクリ…ハハッ、想定外になかなか良いお味。安定、安定。
⚫サラダ
タイ風ではなく、普通のサラダてした。
⚫パクチー
無料でパクチーが付けられます。僕はパッタイに掛けました。
⚫スープ
鶏からしっかりうま味を取ったスープ。意外と美味しかったです。
⚫マンゴープリン
美味しいマンゴープリンでした。

タイ料理好きなので、タイ料理にも辛口傾向ですが、料理は丁寧に作られており、満足できました。
これならば、テイクアウトも人気が出るのも納得だ。
