千駄ヶ谷の鳩森八幡神社の目の前にあるお店。
お店は品の良さを感じさせる佇まい。
店内は入口入ってすぐに長めのL型カウンターと奥に3〜4人掛けの丸テーブルが２つあります。
昼間に店前を通ると早い時間から仕込みをされているのが窓から見えて真面目な仕事ぶりが感じられます。
時間も比較的遅めまでやっているので、仕事が遅くなってしまった時もふらっと立ち寄れるのもありがたいです。
串は大ぶりな身が絶妙な火入れでパンパンにふっくらしており、頬張った瞬間に口の中でパンっと旨みが弾けて、最高に幸せな時間を味わえます。
お任せのコースでお願いしたのですが、連れが出てきたレバーが苦手だったらしく、私にくれたのですが、それを見ていた大将が「苦手でした？代わりの串を焼きますね」って言ってくれて感動しました。
気配りがホント嬉しいですね！
とても品があって高級感がありホスピタリティが素晴らしくて、居心地の良いお店です。
