あ、上期が終わる…。
こんにちはゆっこでございます。
9月は今年1番のイベントがあった月でもあり、裏を返せばこれが終わったので1年の山場を越えてしまった感があり…。
今後どう過ごそうか、かなり迷走中です。あー、これから何をしようかなー！
いろいろ愚痴りに
やきとり・比内地鶏専門店「四谷今井屋本店」へ。
（私の中では）焼き鳥屋さんというよりも小料理屋さん。
「本店」と付いていますが、今井屋さんはだいたいどこも「本店」です。
「総本店」が恵比寿にあるというちょっとユニークなお店。
カウンターのお席に通していただきました。
目の前に「十四代」がたくさん並んでいてテンション上がるわ～。
日本酒メニューの中から秋にぴったりの「鶴齢」1,000YENをいただきました。
私の中の日本酒ムーブメント、とどまることを知らず…！
（ワインと同じく「おいしい日本酒」しか飲まぬ！）
（日本酒の一升瓶はサイズ的に冷蔵庫での保存が難しいので、外で1合ずついただくのが1番いい飲み方だと思います。もしくは日本酒好きが高じて「業務用冷蔵庫」を買ってしまった同僚宅を荒らしに行くか…。）
お通し 480YEN
お通しからお上品でおいしいの。
最初に季節のオススメ品から枝付き枝豆 880YEN を。
温かいものと冷たいものとが選べます。
お店の方のオススメは温かいものだったのでそちらをオーダー。
話しているうちに自然に冷めるので、結果的には「温」も「冷」も味わえましたけどもね。
砂肝 350YEN
せせり 450YEN
「普通」の焼き鳥でも歯ごたえがいい部位ですが、比内地鶏ならばなおのこと！
希少部位は日によって仕入れが違うらしいので、その辺りもしっかりチェック。
皮 390YEN
鉄板のおいしさ…！
2杯目は小金澤 900YEN。
きりたんぽ 500YEN
味噌焼きと磯辺焼きで迷っていたら店員さんが1本を2つに切って下さいました。
私は磯辺焼き派！
米にはやはり海苔と醤油が合う…！
〆は松茸の土瓶蒸し 1,200YEN。
最初からこれで〆るつもりでメニューを組み立てておりましたw
土瓶蒸しはね～、見つけちゃったら外せないよね…！
秋を感じる夜でした。
