今日は東京で会議… はぁ〜 溜め息がでます。会議後は接待です、苦手で嫌いなパターンです… が、美味しい食事ができれば我慢できる！ 笑 今回接待に使わせていただいたお店は、東京都新宿区四谷1-7-18アクトワールドビル1Fにある四ッ谷 今井屋本店さん、焼き鳥、鶏肉専門店です。
流石鶏肉専門店ですよね、鳥、鳥、鳥三昧でした！ 焼き鳥の味も焼き加減も素晴らしかったです。個人的には鶏肉の刺身が絶品でした、牛肉、馬肉、魚は生で食べたことはありますが、生鶏肉は初めてだったのでドキドキでしたが、鳥刺し、美味かったです！ つくねも卵の黄身をたっぷり付けて… あぁ〜幸せ！ 笑
四ッ谷 今井屋本店さん、美味しい鶏肉料理の数々ありがとうございました！ 美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした！
